Learning Support Center Websites

Most learning support centers have websites as a way to publicize their programs, to provide services to students, faculty, and administrators, and to offer online diagnostic and tutoring service information and support. We have compiled a large listing of LSC websites and also have pointers to additional lists of academic support programs.

  • LSC websites in LSCHE (shown below) – a listing of 1500+ LSC websites in all 50 states in the USA, and websites in other countries on six continents. These are organized by country, then state or province. We have listed the center name and a link to the center's webpage. NOTE: If you would like to submit your LSC website for the list or update the information of an existing listing, please send an email to the webmaster at the link in the footer.
  • The Writing Center Directory hosted by St. Cloud State University writing center has a list of writing centers around the world.
  • Association of Colleges for Tutoring & Learning Assistance (ACTLA) provides a listing of California Community Colleges and provides links to the website of the tutoring and learning assistance programs at each community college.

Winter Institute 2000 marked the beginning of annual awards for outstanding learning support center websites. Since 2003, the annual awards for learning support center website excellence were co-sponsored by the National College Learning Center Association and this website (LSCHE). The final website contest was held in 2021. The former award criteria, nomination form, winners' badges, and past winners are available in LSCHE on the NCLCA - LSCHE Website Excellence Awards page.
